May goals

 Well, is it even worth trying, or planning? Will I find some time/energy/motivation as the house is in a right mess with all the work going on and everything is stacked wherever there is space. In my head, I am ready to do stuff but when it comes to it, I can't get going...  Maybe I'll list a few projects, hoping that at least one will take my fancy?

Quilting

1. Flabellum quilt - needs binding 

2. Super Mario quilt - needs binding finished off - I will make this one my One monthly goal again 
3. Farmer's Wife quilt - about 30 blocks needed still
4. Storm at Sea
5. Dear Jane
6. Boho Sew Along - lots of blocks to catch up on
7. Impromptu quilt - needs quilting. It is a very big quilt so I went to get it professionally quilted. Maybe it will get sent this month.



Dressmaking

1. Utility coat - need finishing
2. Zadie jumpsuit?
3. Sweatshirt - not sure which model yet
4. T-shirt
5. Blouse

Bags

1. Moonwake bag
2. Shamballa bag

Cross-stitch

1. Grimm's Tales stitch along - maybe I'll pick up this one up this month?

Welcome to my stop on the Hexie Blog Hop Be a Hexie Queen ! I am a hexie lover and always have an emergency supply of hexies in my bag for when I am on-the-go (which is actually very often) and when I first signed up for the blog hop, I thought I would show you a EPP (English Paper Piecing) hexie project. That was until I remembered a long forgotten UFO that was laying in a plastic bag in my cupboard. Blog hop and a giveaway

I have written a blog for over 2 years now but started quilting about 10 years ago, mainly self-taught. I love fabric and my stash is probably too big for my needs, but can a girl really have TOO MUCH fabric? I don't think so! Michele at the Quilting Gallery is organising a blog hop for the 4th anniversary of her site . Ravenbrook Scrap Quilt Along

  Yes I know, another new project... but (!) this one is all about using my scraps, what's not to love. And the instructions come in German for the  Ravenbrook Scrap Quilt Along .  The first 3 blocks are made of rectangles and I used only scraps to make those (I can't really say I have made a dent in my scrap basket either actually...) I picked green as the focus colour for the blocks since this is the January colour for the Rainbow Scraps Challenge organised by Angela I joined the challenge years ago but hadn't participated in recent times. Of course it would be tempting to start yet another project but I think using my scraps for this quilt along in the set colour of the month is a safer plan.
