Hexie flowers

I haven't made hexies for a while but the last couple of days, I was busy making some flowers for the swaps I am in.
I first made this 2 flowers for Lorraine for the Inchy Hexie Swap. She has asked for blue and yellow.

And then I made this flower for Judy for the Craft Forum swap. She wanted pale yellow and pale blue. I found a lovely Easter Bunny for her.

I also received this lovely spotty flower from Shirley from the Craft Forum swap.

    Hi Celine, the lovely flowers arrived this morning thank you. I think I may have received Judy's flower though with the bunny in the middle? Does this matter?

Welcome to my stop on the Hexie Blog Hop Be a Hexie Queen ! I am a hexie lover and always have an emergency supply of hexies in my bag for when I am on-the-go (which is actually very often) and when I first signed up for the blog hop, I thought I would show you a EPP (English Paper Piecing) hexie project. Blog hop and a giveaway

I have written a blog for over 2 years now but started quilting about 10 years ago, mainly self-taught. Ravenbrook Scrap Quilt Along

  Yes I know, another new project... but (!) this one is all about using my scraps, what's not to love. And the instructions come in German for the  Ravenbrook Scrap Quilt Along .  The first 3 blocks are made of rectangles and I used only scraps to make those (I can't really say I have made a dent in my scrap basket either actually...) I picked green as the focus colour for the blocks since this is the January colour for the Rainbow Scraps Challenge organised by Angela I joined the challenge years ago but hadn't participated in recent times. Of course it would be tempting to start yet another project but I think using my scraps for this quilt along in the set colour of the month is a safer plan.
