March in review

So March is over and the first quarter of the year as well. We started the month with the last (but not least of course) of the kids birthday celebrations and of course more baking. I am not going to hide that I am pleased that the "birthday season" is over for another year!

I had a lot on my list again this month and especially lots of catch up I was hoping to do and I must say it worked pretty well. Let's have a look now and plan next month!

1. Sugar and Sweet Easter Swap - finished and sent on time


2. Star Plus - no progress
3. Kawaii swap - this will be my choice for A lovely Year of Finishes - finished and sent on time


4. Skirt Sew Along - no progress
5. IG Secret Pal swap - finished and sent on time

1. Little Blog Bee block (January and February) - January sent, February in progress

2. Block Lotto blocks - 9 done

3. I love Lucy international block (February and March) - February and March done

4. Flower hexies for the Inchy Hexie Swap (January, February and March) - January and February sent, March in progress


5. Get Your Hexie On - (January, February) - January sent, February finished and this bee is now finished (round 2)

6. Bee Europa (March)sent

7. Book Bee (March) - sent

8. Flying geese Bee (February and March) - no progress

9. Bee Hive Europe (February and March) - February and March sent

2. Mod Mod Along blocks: Sunrise Blocks x 6, Little Window blocks x 11 and Sweet Dreams blocks - no progress

5. Finish my work bag - my Lazy Bums challenge for November - no progress
6. Mr Snowmen cushion - all the blocks are pieced - no progress
7. Make more Farmer's Wife blocks - no progress
8. Flowering Snowball quilt-along - no progress
9. Quilt for my Grand-Mum's 90th birthday - no progress
10. Continue working on my Once Upon a Time Sampler - little progress at least the border is now finished since I last posted in December

2.Custom cushion- no progress
3. Quilt for M - my Lazy Bums challenge for March- I have a plan, I have the blocks, and I have started sashing my blocks but nowhere near finished really

I made a total of 28 blocks for the 350-blocks challenge in March, still behind the target of 30 but so much better than the 9 of February...

And now what should I focus on in April?
