A few blocks this month

Again I have only made a few blocks. I was hoping to have a week full of sewing last week and a week-end with even more sewing time but it didn't work that way, even less so that I spent Saturday in bed being sick...again.

Anyway I made a few blocks for the 365 Challenge, I am so behind now as I have hardly made any of the March blocks. So I made 8 more blocks and I have finally finished January!

I also made 4 more Hello Kitty blocks that my little assistant prepared for me, 15 more to go!

I also finished finally my March block for I love Lucy International Bee for Judith.

So that makes it 13 blocks so far for April.

    It rarely work that way for me either. lol
    Anyhow, I think you've been quite productive. I particularly like that last block, in black, red and white. Gorgeous!

Welcome to my stop on the Hexie Blog Hop Be a Hexie Queen ! I have written a blog for over 2 years now but started quilting about 10 years ago, mainly self-taught. Ravenbrook Scrap Quilt Along

  Yes I know, another new project... but (!) this one is all about using my scraps, what's not to love. And the instructions come in German for the  Ravenbrook Scrap Quilt Along .  The first 3 blocks are made of rectangles and I used only scraps to make those (I can't really say I have made a dent in my scrap basket either actually...) I picked green as the focus colour for the blocks since this is the January colour for the Rainbow Scraps Challenge organised by Angela I joined the challenge years ago but hadn't participated in recent times. Of course it would be tempting to start yet another project but I think using my scraps for this quilt along in the set colour of the month is a safer plan.
