Mini blocks sew along

Today is the last day of the Mini blocks sew-along and I finished my last block in the morning. That wasn't the plan but the last 10 days have been particularly awful for our family so there had been no time/ energy or willingness to do anything more than the bare minimum... sewing will help healing I hope.

I finally caught up with the blocks on our return from the US, first with the criss-cross

The curved log cabin, which I made 2 of:

And the rainbow

And 2 bonus blocks

And one more triangle geese too that I had started a while back

A grand total of 20 blocks so far... not sure what I'll do with them or if I'll make more.

  1. Tes mini blocs sont très beaux, et vont bien ensemble. J'espère que tu trouveras un assemblage qui te plaira. Bon courage pour les soucis familiaux, la couture aide bien pour penser à autre chose.

  3. So sorry to hear you've been having a difficult time. Perhaps sewing will help heal the heart as you hope it will. Such lovely blocks! Those tiny pieces simply fascinate me. Thanks for sharing on Wednesday Wait Loss.
