Toothbrush pouches

So our holidays is over and we had a fantastic time, such a lovely trip. And before we went I made a few bits and pieces for our forthcoming trip. I saw some of these toothbrush pouches on Instagram in the last few weeks and I thought they were a very good idea. So I decided to try and make some. The pattern is a freebie from Noodlehead website.

I bought some towels in the local store and ordered some polka dots bias. However, I had miscalculated the amount of bias that was required for the toothbrush pouch. The pouches should have been like the top one but when I realised I didn't have enough bias, I decided to change the pattern a little to make it like the bottom one.

And as I was at it, I decided to make one for each member of our party!

I made 7 of these and they came in very handy! A lovely little project and a very useful one too.

So these make 7 OPAM for the month of August.
