Baking

Swiss Roll for me are confined to the Christmas season when I make them as Christmas Yule Log, not really a May cake! But I made one today with strawberries and whipped cream. And I added just a little bit of blue sparkles for a lovely Jubilee cake! Getting into the mood early...
