A triangle

Today I had planned a big shopping trip to a fabric store but unfortunately it was very foggy when I got up so I decided it would be better to cancel than take a risk on the road with Baby Daughter. The shop is quite far so it would have been a long trip. Of course the fog cleared up by about 11 am but it was too late to set up by then. So I had to make do with online shopping instead ;-) I REALLY needed some fabric!
Anyway, yesterday evening I finished sewing a Dear Jane triangle that I had prepared in February: RS 4 Dutch Apron.
I am now at: 114,7,0,2437.
I don't have any block or triangle prepared to sew so I need to get back to the cutting table.

Welcome to my stop on the Hexie Blog Hop Be a Hexie Queen ! I have written a blog for over 2 years now but started quilting about 10 years ago, mainly self-taught. Ravenbrook Scrap Quilt Along

  Yes I know, another new project... but (!) this one is all about using my scraps, what's not to love. And the instructions come in German for the  Ravenbrook Scrap Quilt Along .  The first 3 blocks are made of rectangles and I used only scraps to make those (I can't really say I have made a dent in my scrap basket either actually...) I picked green as the focus colour for the blocks since this is the January colour for the Rainbow Scraps Challenge organised by Angela I joined the challenge years ago but hadn't participated in recent times. Of course it would be tempting to start yet another project but I think using my scraps for this quilt along in the set colour of the month is a safer plan.
