To Do Tuesday

I haven't posted a list for about a month now and there has been hardly no sewing in the same time. I am hoping that I will finally get back into the groove and that having a list might help. My stress levels seem to be quite high with everything going on, so who knows, maybe I'll get some time to relax with some fabric....

Here is a varied list for the week, so maybe I'll find inspiration in one or more projects:

1. Add sashing to Dear Jane block F1 and sew to the rest of the F row


2. Make blocks for the Modern City Scape (I have 5 or 6 to catch up with I guess, starting with block #18)


3. Make Birthday blocks (I have  more than 5 to catch up with I guess, starting with block #17)


4. Sew the Ravenbrook Scrap Quilt Along blocks for February, April, May and June

5. Finish my nightdress



6. Cut some pouches for the teachers' presents

7. Sew a Barbie outfit

Welcome to my stop on the Hexie Blog Hop Be a Hexie Queen ! I am a hexie lover and always have an emergency supply of hexies in my bag for when I am on-the-go (which is actually very often) and when I first signed up for the blog hop, I thought I would show you a EPP (English Paper Piecing) hexie project. Blog hop and a giveaway

I have written a blog for over 2 years now but started quilting about 10 years ago, mainly self-taught. I love fabric and my stash is probably too big for my needs, but can a girl really have TOO MUCH fabric? I don't think so! Ravenbrook Scrap Quilt Along

  Yes I know, another new project... but (!) this one is all about using my scraps, what's not to love. And the instructions come in German for the  Ravenbrook Scrap Quilt Along .  The first 3 blocks are made of rectangles and I used only scraps to make those (I can't really say I have made a dent in my scrap basket either actually...) I picked green as the focus colour for the blocks since this is the January colour for the Rainbow Scraps Challenge organised by Angela I joined the challenge years ago but hadn't participated in recent times. Of course it would be tempting to start yet another project but I think using my scraps for this quilt along in the set colour of the month is a safer plan.
