Mail in, mail out
I am, for sure, keeping the postal services into business lately. I have sent 8 parcels this morning with Bee blocks to my fellow swappers. I prepared all my packages last night while watching TV and they all went in the box this morning!
And in the last few weeks, I have replenished my stash (which doesn't really need to be, anyway) but then, do we *NEED* to need fabric to buy more?
First I ordered 2 lovely FQ bundles from the Fat Quarter Shop. I fell under the charm of the Follow My Heart line by Lynette Anderson for Lecien fabrics. So when the bundles were on offer for half price with 40% off shipping, how could I resist and with such a bargain why not buying the 2 colourways. The order was delivered so swiftly and with no trouble at all. Great service as usual.
And then when I was sewing my Bee Europa block for Cille, I managed to mis-read the instructions so badly that I cut the fabric she had send wrong. So I shopped for some more fabric and while I was ordering, I thought it would be rude not to browse the whole shop (just in case) and also to make the postage charge worthwhile. So I ordered some Lark fabric from the Eclectic Maker. And they had a gorgeous Liberty bundle that I couldn't pass.
And then I found a charm pack of Coma fabric and ordered half yard of 3 of the fabrics in the line, only 3 because it wouldn't have been reasonable to order more... I will stroke them for a while before I dare using them I am sure!
Again the fabric arrived very swiftly and greatly packed. Great service. That was my first order but I will use them again!

Of course I already have a plan for this fabric (well, maybe!). I would love to make the Merry Merry Snowmen quilt from Bunny Hill Design and I think this fabric would work well for it. I bought the pattern last year in Birmingham, now I only need to locate it!

Boy you have had busy mail days. You are so right it would have been terribly rude not to order both color ways. I have to go and check this line out. I did love the comma charmpack and the fabrics you ordered with it. Have fun.
