September in review

Once again, it has been a busy month... will that ever change? School started back earlier in the month and I traveled 3 times in the last 3 weeks so of course sewing time was rather limited. I was lucky to go on a sewing retreat so although my sewing output has not been very much, I managed to make some outerwear, which is a rather big project!

Hoping for finish
1. Summit peak top, cut and ready to be sewn -This will be my One monthly goal - sadly no progress  
2. Scrappy Trip Along - red and green blocks needed - sadly no progress
3. Tabor v-neck - cut - sadly no progress
4. Kingfisher sew-along - more blocks needed! - sadly no progress
5. Pencil roll - finished
6. Pencil case - finished

WIP
1. Farmer's wife - the sew along has just started, time to get going again - sadly no progress
2. Gipsy Wife - lots of catch up needed here  - sadly no progress
3. Postcards of the world - only one postcard to finish! - little progress here
4. Farmer's Wife 1930 - let's try to continue to make more blocks in parallel with other FW sadly no progress
5. Seeing Stars quilt-along - little progress with 4 more blocks completed and 3 cut

UFO / Abandoned WIP
1. HST modern sampler quilt - (19 blocks) - this one was my February goal on the APQ UFO challenge, I need a few more blocks to finish this top, it would be good to get there - sadly no progress
2. Project 48 / Summer Solstice - sadly no progress
3. Super Mario quilt - sadly no progress
4. Impromptu quilt - sadly no progress
5. Bubbles quilt - this was my APQ UFO challenge for March, that I progressed from a pile of blocks to a flimsy ready for quilting next time the frame will be coming out. Maybe this month? some progress: quilted and binding sewn on. Need to finish hand sewing it on the back
6. Granny Square - this was my APQ UFO challenge for April, and is currently a pile of blocks - sadly no progress
7. 365 challenge - this one was my August goal on the APQ UFO challenge. I need so many more blocks, can I make a few more this month - 3 tiny blocks made this month
